24 Hour Nursing Care
Stratton House is a CQC-registered nursing home that has been long-standing in the local community for over 11 years. In 2025, the home was taken over by a family-run care group committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Since then, the home has undergone extensive internal and external renovations, creating a warm and welcoming “home from home” environment for residents.
Stratton House supports adults who require 24 hour nursing or personal care, including individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, or long-term health conditions. Our dedicated team works closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure care is always personalised, respectful, and centred around each individual’s needs and wellbeing. Our journey is defined by the meaningful relationships we build and the familiar routines that bring security and dignity to every resident.

The town offers easily accessible local amenities, a 7-mile sand beach, a historic lighthouse, and a traditional promenade providing a familiar and comforting setting. Residents and visiting families can enjoy the local area by foot, bus or car. Being part of such a well-connected and supportive local community helps residents remain connected to familiar surroundings while enjoying the comfort and reassurance of life at Stratton House.
