At Stratton House, our smaller size is one of our greatest strengths. Unlike some larger homes, we offer a warm, family-like atmosphere where every resident is known by name, not just a room number. This intimate setting allows our dedicated team to provide truly person-centred care, tailoring daily routines and activities to each individual’s unique preferences and life history. With focused staff engagement, we develop deep, trusting relationships that ensure each resident feels safe, heard, and genuinely at home.

Visitors are always welcome, and we encourage families to spend time with their loved ones, helping maintain important relationships and connections.

We find this personal approach helps reduce feelings of loneliness, build confidence, and maintain emotional well-being.
